What we collect

When you use a "Get notified" form, we store:

• the email address you enter;
• whether you're joining as a creator or a store;
• which of our web addresses the form was sent from, and when you signed up.

What we don't collect

There are no accounts on this site yet, and we don't use advertising or analytics cookies or trackers. The site remembers, for the current browser tab only, that you've already seen the opening animation; nothing about that leaves your device.

Preventing abuse

To stop automated or repeated signups, our server keeps a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address and a count of recent signups from it. These records are deleted automatically within about two hours. We also check that your email's domain can receive mail, and we don't accept addresses from disposable-email services.

How we use it

We use your email address only to tell you about HypeKyte's launch. We don't sell it, rent it or share it with advertisers.

Where it's stored

Signups are stored with Google Cloud (Firebase), which hosts this site and our server. Like any website, our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs of requests, such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability.

How long we keep it

We keep your signup until we've sent our launch announcement and for a reasonable time afterwards, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it at any time by emailing support@hypekyte.com.

We handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Changes and contact

If we start collecting anything new (for example, when accounts launch) we'll update this page first and change the date above. Questions: support@hypekyte.com.
